Level: Elementary (CEFR:A2)

This means your level of English equates to 180 - 200 hours of guided instruction.

You need approximately 150-200 hours of guided instruction to reach the next level.

Bronze: 3.5 hours per week* - Approximately 12 months to reach your target - £67 per month

Silver: 5 hours per week - Approximately 6 months to reach your target - £117 per month

Gold: 6.5 hours per week - Approximately 4 months to reach your target - £167 per month

Diamond: 9.5 hours per week - Approximately 3 months to reach your target - £257 per month

Elementary (A2) vs Pre-Intermediate (CEFR:B1)

Speaking A2

I can:

* communicate in simple and routine tasks on familiar topics and activities.

* handle short social exchanges

* simply describe my family and other people, living conditions, my educational background and my present or most recent situation

Reading A2

I can:

* read very short, simple texts.

* find specific, predictable information in advertisements, prospectuses, menus and timetables.

* understand short simple personal letters.

Speaking B1

I can:

* deal with most situations when I travel in an English speaking environment.

* talk about family, hobbies, work, travel and recent events.

* talk about experiences and events, plans and ambitions.

* give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.

Reading B1

I can read simple texts such as emails, articles, interviews, stories, advertisements, menus and find specific predictable information.

Listening A2

I can understand:

* phrases and common vocabulary on common areas e.g. very basic personal and family information, shopping, the local area, and employment.

* the main point in short, simple messages and announcements.

Writing A2

I can write:

* short, simple notes and messages.

* a simple personal letter, for example thanking someone.

Listening B1

I can understand:

* the main points of clear speech on family, work, school and leisure.

* the main point on familiar topics, when the speaker speaks slowly and clearly.

Writing B1

I can write:

* simply about familiar topics.

* personal letters/emails/messages describing experiences and feelings and giving and asking for information
